Conference participants can register online.

Registration fee:	early registration until March 31, 2010	late registration until June 30, 2010	on-site registration*
Academic (regular) participants	550 €	650 €	700 €
Students (up to 35 years old)	350 €	450 €	500 €
Corporate (commercial) participants	700 €	800 €
Accompanying persons	250 €	250 €	250 €

*The size of the Conference is planned not to exceed 500 participants. On-site registration will only be possible, if the number of early and late registrations does not fill that size.
Please note that all administrative banking costs should be paid by the participant.

Registration fee for academic and students participants will include:

entrance to all scientific sessions
conference materials (programme, book of abstracts, ID badge etc.)
lunches and coffee breaks according to the programme
welcome reception
city sightseeing

Registration fee for accompanying persons will include:

entrance to the opening ceremony and welcome reception
city sightseeing with all participants
four theme guided tours with lunch and transfers in Warsaw

Cancellation policy:

before March 31st, 2010 - 75% reimbursement
before April 30th, 2010 - 25% reimbursement
after April 30th, 2010 - no reimbursement
